Delivery Info Please place your orders in advance. Order totals, shipping options, available discounts will be presented at checkout. If you cancel your order within 12 hours of delivery, or, you are a NO SHOW at time of delivery, you will be charged the total cost of the order. We Endeavour to keep your delivery day the same, but we reserve the right to change it temporarily or permanently and will tell you if we so do. If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes.

Returns, Exchanges & Missing Items Your satisfaction is most important to us. However, we do realize that problems occur. At the time of delivery, upon your request, our delivery person will check through your order for any item that is missing or not acceptable due to damage or quality issue. A note should be made on the driver's copy of the invoice and customer service will issue you a credit. If your order was left for you, please contact us by email and tell us your name, the order ID number and exactly what was missing or unacceptable about your order. Depending on your location, we will either arrange for a re-delivery or issue a credit for the item to your credit card. Same day re-delivery is not available. Please, always contact customer service to get a Return Authorization. Any complaints regarding your order (damage, shortage,) will be accepted within 24 hours after delivery.
Cancellation & What If No One is Available to Receive an Order You can cancel your order any time without a charge, no later than 4:30pm business day prior to delivery. If you cancel your order after deadline (4:30pm previous business day) you will be charged the total cost of the order. Customer is responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. If no one is available to receive your order during the scheduled delivery time window, you will be charged the delivery fee and 100% of the cost of your order. We will be happy to set up another delivery date if you call customer service. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer, considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.
Product Availability, Out of stock & Substitutions We try to keep the products in our inventory in stock at all times. However, from time to time, due to increased demand, an item you ordered may be out of stock. In these cases, we will try to substitute the out of stock item for an item of equal value and quality. If the substituted item is a different brand, it has been offered to you for your convenience and not to save us money. You will always have the option of refusing any substitution. If an order with a substitution is left with your doorman or on your porch, you have the option of calling us to have the substituted item exchanged.
